Video Playback

Most of the video playback options are available on the video player itself, and are in line with standard controls for playback, including pause, play, volume.

Some additional controls of interest are:

  • Quality
  • Playback speed

Quality: You can adjust the quality of video playback from Auto to 1080p, or other video resolutions. We recommend choosing 1080p for the clearest picture quality, but if your internet connection is not fast enough for this, then you may wish to choose another option.

Playback speed: You can change the video playback speed to 2 times normal playback speed, 1.25X, .75X, and 1.5X normal playback speed.

There are a number of video playback options. To see these options, click on the gear icon located here. These options include:

  • Autoplay
  • Autocomplete

Autoplay: When Autoplay is turned on, the video will play automatically when the lecture is started.

Automcomplete: When Autocomplete is turned on, the course will continue to the next lecture when the current lecture is completed.

If autoplay and autocomplete are turned on, the videos in the course will continue to play automatically if no action is taken.
